Refund Policy

Once full payment has been made, no refund can be issued.

We regret we have to do this, however all bookings involve administrative costs.  

All sessions of the course you have booked onto must be attended to achieve certification, unfortunately if you miss a session you will not be able to gain a certificate, nor swap onto a different course.
